Unlikely. It already has the X51 package (aka Carrera PowerKit, costs $14k and adds 26bhp).

That option includes headers and Porsche Sports Exhaust. I could upgrade the side mufflers, but I don’t know if it’s worth the cost.

The car also has Bilstein B16 coilovers that work with PASM. So no suspension work needs to be done.

What I’m thinking is maybe a ducktail spoiler. I’d love to do Fuchs wheels but they don’t clear PCCB’s.

Also I’ll probably upgrade the stereo. I want CarPlay.

I must admit I am getting slightly less manual elitist as I age. My F250 has the 4R100, and I would have given up a clutch pedal for an RS4 Avant. I intend to buy a depreciated Panamera 4S Sport Turismo in 5-6 years to go alongside the 997.

I spec’d a few of these last year when we were contemplating a move to the suburbs, but it didn’t materialize and we stayed in the urbs. My 997 dreams were crushed. Now I can live vicariously through you!
